Pet Ashes Delivery
We will deliver your beloved pets ashes to you by hand, completely free of charge. We can only make one free attempt to do this. When your pets’ ashes are ready for delivery you will receive a text message followed by a link. This link will allow you to track our driver in real time providing you with an accurate eta.
If you do not cancel your delivery within compliance of our terms and conditions and nobody is available at your address to take delivery, a re-delivery fee of £25.00 will become payable for each further attempt to cover time and travel costs. If you’d like to reschedule your delivery, please contact us on 0800 368 9449 selecting option 2.
We cannot leave your pets ashes in a ‘safe place’ due to the sensitive nature of your delivery.
